“I'm dedicated to helping you achieve emotional balance through the healing power of nature.”
What I do
I am a Bach Flower therapist based in Delhi, and I consult online with people anywhere in India and abroad. The work is narrow on purpose. I do not diagnose, I do not prescribe medicine, and I do not treat physical illness. What I do is sit with you for an hour, listen carefully to how you are actually feeling, and match that to remedies from Dr. Edward Bach’s system of 38 flower essences.
Most people who book a consultation are somewhere in the ordinary middle of things. Worn down by work, worried about a child, unable to switch their head off at night, carrying something they have not put into words yet. Those states are the whole subject of Bach’s system, and they are what an hour is well spent on.
Working in the language you feel in
I consult in English, Hindi, Punjabi. That is not a convenience, it is most of the method. Emotional vocabulary does not survive translation well. People reach for a precise word in the language they grew up arguing and grieving in, and then hand me a flattened English approximation of it because that is the language the appointment is being conducted in.
Since the remedy selection depends entirely on telling one emotional state apart from a neighbouring one, that flattening is a real cost. Fear of a specific thing and a vague dread with no object take different remedies. If you can only describe both as “tension” because the finer word is in Punjabi, the consultation gets worse. So you pick the language when you book, and we use it.
How a consultation runs
We speak for about 60 minutes over video. You describe what has been going on, and I ask a fair number of questions, some of which will feel oblique. How you respond to setbacks matters as much as the setback itself, because Bach’s 38 essences are organised around temperament and emotional state rather than around symptoms.
Afterwards you get a written remedy plan: which essences, how to mix them, how often to take them, and what to watch for over the following weeks. You buy the essences yourself from an established supplier, or in some cases I prepare a mix for you. If your situation shifts, the selection should shift with it, so follow-up sessions are worth having when something has changed.
The full walkthrough, including what it costs and how to pay, is on the consultation page.
