Before we speak

You book a date and time through the form on the homepage and choose your language. The form asks for your name, age, contact details and a short note on what is going on. That note is optional, and a sentence is plenty. It exists so the first ten minutes of the session are not spent on ground you have already covered.

Once the booking is confirmed you receive payment details. The slot is held once payment comes through.

During the hour

We talk. You describe what has been happening and how you have been feeling, and I ask questions, a number of which will seem to come at the subject sideways. How you react when plans collapse, whether worry arrives with an object attached or without one, what time of day it gets worse. Bach organised the 38 essences around emotional states and temperament rather than around symptoms, so those are the distinctions the selection turns on.

You are not expected to arrive with a tidy account of your feelings. Most people do not have one, and working out what to call the thing is part of what the hour is for.

Afterwards

You receive a written remedy plan. It names the essences chosen for you, how to combine them, the dosage, and what tends to happen over the first few weeks so you know whether things are going as expected.

You buy the essences yourself from an established supplier, and in some cases I can prepare a custom mix. They are not included in the fee, so the total cost of getting started is ₹400 plus whatever your supplier charges for the essences you need.

A remedy selection fits a moment rather than a person. When the moment changes, the selection should change with it, so a follow-up is worth booking once something has genuinely shifted, not on a fixed schedule.

When you can book, and how to pay

Sessions run Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 20:00 IST, with a break in the early afternoon. Sunday is closed. The calendar accepts any available date within the next 3 months.

Payment is by UPI, bank transfer or PayPal. If you need to move or cancel an appointment, contact me in advance and I will rearrange it.
